Surveys have shown that our kilos show our character. Which of these profiles is yours?
 “Overweight” Profile
People impulsive, competitive and emotionally unstable, according to the research findings, they most likely end up overweight at some point in their lives.

“Impulsive” Profile
The impulsive behavior is the most important indicator that shows when someone will become overweight in the future. Participants in researches  were 10%  impulsive weighed an average of 10 pounds more than 10% of people with the lowest score. Why is that? The impulsive easily succumb to temptation and lack the discipline required to pre -planned their future movements (eg design diet), have difficulties or frustrations. A healthy diet and regular exercise are required to maintain one’s weight at the same level are two factors that require commitment, and retention of impulsive tendencies, which is difficult for those who are characterized by impulsiveness. An impulsive character can eg be in the mood to go to the gym, but suddenly something emerges instead gymnastics chooses to follow his impulses.

“Depressive” Profile

These two features lead to negative emotions, impulsiveness and depressive thoughts, which are related in turn to fluctuations in weight. Depressed people usually experience changes in their appetite, so it is very easy to experience the “phenomenon potty.” Emotional instability, coupled with lack of self-control associated with low conscientiousness are a recipe for failure: continuous fluctuations of weight.
